Sanctions: Ordinance on measures against Libya
Bern, 16.8.2024 - On 15 August 2024, the Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research EAER has modified the annexes 3, 4 and 5 of the ordinance on measures against Libya. The entries concerning one individual and two entities have been deleted. In addition, a technical correction has been made. The measures come into force at 6 pm on 16 August 2024.
